Before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the United States, NWA was experiencing an incredible resurgence in the professional wrestling industry. Now, over a year after last airing a product, NWA has announced a return.
On March 4, 2021, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) YouTube channel premiered a 1:33 video titled "We're Back."
In this video, we see cinematic shots of NWA wrestlers followed by an announcement that showcases a debut on FITE TV. On March 23, 2021, NWA Powerrr debuts on FITE TV at 6:05e/3:05p. This comes hours after the news that NWA's YouTube channel had removed every single episode of NWA Powerrr and NWA Shockwave, much to the confusion and shock of NWA fans.
We also receive the glorious announcement of the next NWA PPV, NWA Back For The Attack, airing on FITE TV at 4:00p/1:00e.
